Published on 2021 | 05 | 04The Kenyan Capital Markets Act requires the Trustee to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Fund at the end of the financial year and its financial performance for the year then ended. The Trustee is responsible for ensuring that the Fund keeps proper accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the transactions of the Fund.
